size, shape, usage, etc. Based on these requirements, the designer will start designing the product. At this stage, both parties may communicate several times to ensure that the desig
n solution meets all the requirements.
?
2. Material Selection: Determine which type of titanium alloy to use (e.g., pure titanium, Titanium Material such as Titanium 6Al4V, etc.), as different t itanium alloys have different mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. Our company also has Nickel Material.
?
3. Prototyping: Based on the design drawings, a prototype or sample of the product is created. This step helps to confirm that the design meets the desired functional and cosmetic requirements and that necessary adjustments can be made.
?
4. Machining Manufacturing:
- Cutting: Titanium sheets or rods are cut into desired shapes using laser cutting, waterjet cutting, or mechanical cutting.
- Forming: Molding the material into the desired product shape by stamping, forging, bending and other processes.
- Finishing: Includes steps such as grinding, polishing, sandblasting, etc. to improve the surface quality of the product.
- Heat treatment: In some cases, heat treatment may be required to improve the mechanical properties of the product.
?
5. Quality Inspection: Comprehensive quality inspection of completed products, including dimensional measurements, appearance inspection, and necessary physical and chemical tests to ensure compliance with design and technical standards.
?
6. Packaging and Transportation: Qualified products will be properly packaged and ready for shipment to customers.
?
7. After-sales service: Certain after-sales services are provided, such as product installation guidance and maintenance advice, to solve customers' follow-up problems.
In addition, because titanium material is more expensive and difficult to process, the process of controlling cost and improving efficiency is the focus of our factory which has been striving for excellence for 16 years.
